Whether you're ordering custom screen printed t-shirts or embroidered hoodies and hats, Mo's Special T's streamlined process ensures your project is handled with care, precision, and efficiency. Here's what to expect when you work with us.


Consultation

We start with a personalized consultation to understand your needs:


Quantity  – How many items do you need? Minimum orders of 24 items

Style  – Choose from our selection of t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.

Colors  – Select garment and ink/thread colors.

Artwork  – Share your design or let us help create one.

(This step ensures we’re aligned with your vision and budget before moving forward.)


Artwork Design or Submission

Already have a design? Great! You can submit your artwork directly.


Need help creating one? Our design team can work with you to develop a custom graphic or logo that fits your brand and looks great on fabric. Graphic design services $40 an hour


Note: A one-time $30 digitizing fee applies to convert your design into a stitch-ready format.


Order Approval and Deposit

Once your design and garment selections are finalized, we’ll send you a digital proof for review. This proof allows you to:


  • Confirm design placement and sizing
  • Approve ink colors, thread colors, and garment styles
  • Make any final adjustments


You’ll receive up to two revisions at no additional cost. If further changes are needed beyond the second revision, additional charges will apply.


Your order will not move forward until you’ve approved the final proof. At this stage, a deposit is required to secure your order and begin production. This ensures your place in our queue and allows us to begin preparing your garments and embroidery setup.


Production Begins

With your approval, we begin production! Our team uses professional-grade equipment and materials to ensure every item meets our high standards.


Most orders are completed with in 10-14 business days.


Pickup or Delivery

Once your order is complete, you can choose:


Local Pickup – Stop by our location to grab your gear

Local Delivery- Some restrictions apply

Shipping– We’ll ship your order directly to you
